I do hope that everyone is doing well and managing these turbulent times! You have asked to attend the Self Forgiveness course on the 11th and 12th of November which is a Saturday and Sunday.
The first session will start on both days at 10am Spanish mainland time and will last around 3 hours. (We have just changed the clocks, so please Google the time in your location.)
As usual, I’ll be running two sessions to accommodate the different time zones.

The idea of the course is to work on forgiving the Self. We often are okay with forgiving others, but when it comes to forgiving ourselves, it’s quite another thing entirely.
The outcome of the course is that you make a shift inside toward self acceptance (warts and all!).
